ADSORPTION OF alpha -CHYMOTRYPSIN ON LIQUID INTERFACES.

摘要：
The isotherms of tritium-labeled alpha -chymotrypsin on interfaces of aqueous solutions of protein with air and hydrocarbons were measured within a wide range. including the region of 10** minus **8 M. The adsorption isotherms are described by modified Langmuir and BET equations. The polymolecularity of the adsorption of protein at concentrations greater than 10** minus **7 M was demonstrated.
