This directory is designed to assist in the evaluation process. It presents a comprehensive, though certainly not all-inclusive, listing of problem-solving programs for the plant engineering field. The guide comprises about 500 packages, grouped by subject and listed alphabetically. Except for the maintenance section, selections have been limited to microcomputer applications software having a direct tie to plant engineering activities. Minicomputer maintenance management systems are listed. Each entry gives a concise summary of the program, and the address and phone number of the developer.
