摘要：

Procedure for compacting the loess soils by explosion of horizontal charges of explosives is offered. The charges of explosive are located in two tiers at distance of 3-4 meters in depth. Results of experiments under different order of explosions of horizontal charged in upper and lower series have been presented. Properties of compacted soils have been investigated. Experiments have been also carried-out with vertical charges of explosives. These methods of compacting the soil have been applied in practice. Results have shown efficiency of these methods.
