Several important factors effecting the latex properties of non - crosslinked powdered butadiene - acrylonitrile rubber were analyzed. The results showed that the qualified latex of non - crosslinked powdered butadiene - acrylonitrile rubber was prepared when initiator was 0. 09 [similar to] 0. 10 phr, t - dodecyl mercaptan was 0.06 [similar to] 0. 75 phr, conversion was 65% [similar to] 75% at 7 [similar to] 8 °C. Non - crosslinked powdered butadiene - acrylonitrile rubber with better properties could be prepared using coagulant compounded with Na+, Mg2+ and Ca2+ and insulator compounded with organic acid salt and silicone oil.
