Everybody knows that excess moisture in air or almost any moisture in the wrong place can result in a real chamber of horrors, producing corrosion, contamination, bacterial attack and much else, but removing the moisture, which may be in liquid, aerosol or vapor form, is a complex process. The use of the correct method and equipment is vital to the achievement of success in a cost-effective manner. In this article the author describes some of the multitude of devices for drying air in industry and for other purposes.
