Specimens of solid solutions Pd//1// minus //xCu//x with x equals 0. 50; 0. 55; 0. 60; 0. 65 and (Pd//1// minus //yCu//y)//0//. //9//5Ni//0//. //0//5 with y equals 0. 47; 0. 53; 0. 58 were prepared to investigate the effects of an increase in and suppression of long-range ferromagnetic order in atomically disordered and ordered states. The results show that the influence of nickel on magnetic properties is stronger when the alloys are in the ordered state.
