摘要:
The processes of restarting two- and three-electrode metal-halide lamps are considered. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of the electrode design and the breakdown voltage waveform on the starting voltage at the various times after the lamp burning-out. To ensure conditions required for the restarting of the lamps, the breakdown voltage should be supplied in the form of pulses with a repetition frequency of not less than 1 kHz.
