摘要：

A novel approach to the electric load modelling was put forward, which can simultaneously identify both the dynamic and static characteristics of loads by the information measured at the substations through a microcomputer-based identifying system. The approach and its corresponding formulas are quite simple, and the results from both the simulative calculation and the experiment in lab or the test on the spot all show the feasibility of the new approach.
