Grinding Plants for Special Powders.

The production of meals or powders from diverse materials requires drying, grinding and classification. These operations can be performed in separate steps or in one closed process plant. Loesche has developed a continuous closed process plant with classifiers accepting the dustladen carrier air-stream from roller mills. The new program mode of operation and behavior of the mill for the drying and grinding of special powders are described. The development of new classifiers together with size distribution and separation curves are shown. Process plant diagrams are presented.
