摘要
The substitutional fraction (f//s) of nonsoluble elements implanted into iron single crystals depends on the substrate temperature during implantation. After implantation at 293K, f//s is smaller than after implantation at 77 K. During annealing from 77 K to 293 K, f//s decreases. With increasing positive heat of solution for the systems FeAu, FeHg, FeBi, FePb, FeBa and FeCs f//s of samples implanted at 293 K and at 77 K decreases to saturation values of 0. 0 and 0. 34, respectively. From these results it is concluded that the lattice site occupation of nonsoluble atoms is affected by impurity-vacancy interaction in the cascade and in the delayed regime.
