Response functions for electrons from 1 to 12 Mev have been measured with a plastic scintillator telescope. A parameterization model for these response functions has been found to give good results at all energies. Furthermore it was established that the type of reflector used for the scintillator has a considerable influence on the response functions. A mechanism for this influence has been proposed and tested by Monte Carlo calculations.
