摘要
This work examined the response of TiNi alloys with 49.8, 50.25 and 50.6 at.% Ni after selected treatments in the initial state to various loading conditions. The authors evaluated the deformation behavior of three types of alloy with shape memory characteristics after finish rolling and quenching in water and after subsequent isothermal annealing in the temperature range 300-950°C. A concentration dependence on temperature for the formation of B19′ phase was detected. The temperature MS decreases with increasing nickel content. The phase transformation temperatures also depend on the state of the initial matrix.
