摘要
The cross section-average void fractions, as well as the axial variation in the flow pressure and in the temperature of the water flowing on the bottom of the pipe were measured. An expression for the void fraction as a function of vapor quality was obtained. It was found that the liquid temperature at flashing exceeds the saturation temperature, this difference increasing with the pressure drop gradient.
