摘要：

The creation of surfactants of a new type is discussed on the basis of their synthesis and properties. These are the bi-anchored compounds having 2 ionic groups bound to a flexible non-polar chain and are cation-active oligourethanes. The high surface activity of these compounds is due to the anchor engagement of both ends of the molecule in the surface layer.
