摘要：

In this paper, the basic principle and testing method of universal testing gear machine are introduced, as well as the improvement using MCS-51 siglechip on the machine. The improvement of testing head and the design of signal processing circuit are described in detail. Meanwhile the method of data acquizition and signal processing explored. This paper is of great value to improve other instruments.
