摘要
Ferrimagnetic semiconductors are materials with two uncompensated magnetic sublattices whose spectrum of elementary excitations of the magnetic subsystems includes not only an acoustic branch with a low activation energy but also an optical branch with a high activation energy of the order of the Curie temperature. A magnetomagnon resonance occurs when the activation energy of an optical magnon is equal to the separation between any two electron Landau levels.
