摘要
A study was conducted on the generation of ultrasound in coating-substrate systems subjected to laser irradiation quantitatively in the thermoelastic regime by employing the finite element model. As such, numerical results were calculated in two configurations: a slow layer on a fast substrate and a fast layer on a slow substrate. As a result, a normal dispersion was observed in the case of a slow layer on a fast substrate while an anomalous dispersion was observed in the case of a fast coating on a slow substrate.
