摘要
Ductile fracture of surface crack is studied experimentally and numerically. At first, fatigue pre-crack is introduced and the aspect ratios of the growing fatigue crack are measured. Then the ductile fracture test is carried out and the distributions of SZW and DELTA a are measured. It is noted that DELTA a is largest where phi , the angle from surface, is nearly 30 degree . J integral distribution is evaluated by the finite element method, and it is shown that the J value is also the largest where phi is near 30 degree .
