摘要
Stress Corrosion Cracking behavior in sulphate, chloride, hydroxide and sulphide solutions has been investigated. The tests were performed under different stress intensity and polarization potentials. The effect of substituting Na** plus cation with NH** plus //4 cation was investigated in sulphate and chloride solutions. The mechanism of cracking is interpreted on the basis of an active path model or hydrogen embrittlement depending on the polarization potential applied.
