摘要：
New types of NC-coordinate boring and milling machines equipped with CNC-controlled cross-slide heads are described. Using these machines with suitable tools, it is possible to carry out external and internal contour turning, taper turning, thread machining, and similar work, whereby it is often possible to produce complicated workpieces in a single setting.
