The musculoskeletal ultrasound (US) aspects of tendon diseases are reviewed to understand the pathophysiology of various tendinopathies. Sixty patients under the impression of tendinopathy, tendinities, and partial- or complete-thickness tears were examined ATL HD13000, high-frequency broadband transducers L12-5 MHz, sensitive color and power Doppler technology. The musculoskeletal US can be a powerful tool to evaluate patients with internal derangement due to tendinous disorder.
