摘要：

A new algorithm for general nonlinear algebraic-differential equations was presented. It has conquered the 'joining error' in general algorithm. In dynamic region, the power system voltage stability affected by OLTC (on-load tap changer) was studied by means of this new method with CLTC discrete model and general dynamic load model. Some new viewpoints were suggested.
