摘要
One-electron reduction potential is one of the important parameters of radiosensitive compound with a high electron affinity. In this work one-electron reduction potentials of podophyllotoxin and its derivatives were determined by pulse radiolysis using duroquinone as references. The one-electron reduction potentials of podophyllotoxin, 4 prime -demethylepipodophyllotoxin(DMEP) and etoposide (VP-16) are -310 mV, -339 mV, -334 mV, respectively.
