摘要
Mechanical characteristics of 5 foot prostheses (Seattle, Dynamic, Greissinger, Multiflex-ankle and SACH foot) during walking and running of one below-knee amputee were computed applying a 3-dimensional complex motion analysis. SELSPOT II and KISTLER force platform were used to record the kinematic and dynamic data of the prosthetic limb. The ground reaction forces during stance on the prosthetic limb were similar to an intact limb, but the gravitation force was not completely compensated of the prosthetic limb. Asymmetrical walking and running was the natural consequence. Great variations of the ankle joint motion concerning time history, maxima and amplitudes could be established. The ankle and knee joint moments had very different time histories but the maxima were nearly equal for all prostheses. From the results it can be suggested to complete the actual evaluation of prostheses by biomechanical analyses for a better supplying the amputees.
