摘要
For more efficient use of alloying elements study of the effect of high-temperature rolling and subsequent cooling on regularities of austenite grain refining and its conversion into ferrite grain in Ti-V-N low-alloy steel is carried out. On the basis of obtained data development and industrial-scale testing of high-temperature controlled rolling technology, providing rolling of fine-grained sheets with high mechanical properties, and without additional power expenses to thermal treatment (normalization) are carried out. High-temperature controlled rolling conditions should be the following: rolling end temperature is 850-900 ° C, rapid cooling down to 600 ° C at 7-10 K/s rate.
