摘要
With this mill, relatively recently introduced into Europe, it is possible to achieve considerable advantages especially in the fine and superfine milling of hard and abrasive or thermo-sensitive materials. By means of an integrated air classifier it is possible to cover with one mill a range of specifications from 150 mu m with, if necessary, simultaneous drying and homogenizing of the material. Industrial applications include the milling of zircon sand, petroleum coke and materials in the food industry. For example, a crossflow moving bed adsorber for SO//2-removal by activated coke (flow rate 150,000 m**3/h (STP) of flue gases from a coal fired power plant) successfully used. For this application effective adsorption- and reaction rates were determined in laboratory scale fixed bed adsorbers. It is demonstrated physical and chemical phenomena is suitable for dimensioning cross-flow moving bed adsorbers. This is shown by comparison of measured and calculated exist concentrations.
