A formula is suggested for calculation of the effective permittivity and magnetic permeability of an inhomogeneous medium containing the ordering parameter of spherical particles-inclusions. The connection of the obtained formula with the known formulas of Maxwell Garnett, Brageman, Levine and Lichteneker is shown. The ordering parameter values in the real composites are evaluated. The formula includes some parameter almost not depending on particle size and mass as well as binding matter viscosity, but depending on incisions concentration.
