Experience with the Manufacture of Large-Diameter Rigid PVC Pipes.

Large-diameter PVC-pipes are of two types, namely those with solid, uniformly thick walls and those made by spiral winding. The latter type may be made of a solid or a hollow profile. In view of the exacting demands that are made on large-diameter pipes today, quality products can be achieved only if the greatest care is taken to ensure a good formulation, high quality equipment and processing technology as well as programmed process control and rigorous quality control of raw materials and end products.
