Stora Enso completed a rebuild of PM 3 at its Veitsiluto mill in Kemi, Finland. The unit came back on stream on December 6 following an eight-week shutdown. The overhaul pushed PM 3's woodfree envelope and copy paper capacity up from 175,000 tons/yr to 290,000 tons/yr.
