A system of contactless control of the foundry shop at the Ulyanovsk Engine Plant producing automobile pistons is described. The system includes control of a casting machine, a reloader, a milling machine for cutting off the gate, and the charging of an electric furnace. Key diagrams of the control systems are presented and explained.
