摘要：
The two peculiarities of the double exchange mechanism are taken as the absence of a paramagnetic Curie point THETA , and the non-Heisenberg nature of this interaction. They vanish when the quadratic terms of the overlap of wave functions of different sites are taken into account in the energy.
