摘要:
Based on the introduction of fractional theory, a new method of forecasting water demand is presented in this paper. It uses the iterated function system whose attractor is close to the historical data to establish the fractional function, and according to the iterative process of fractional function to set the forecasting model. The example shows the method is rational and reliable.
