The electromagnetic properties of an artificial magnetic material are investigated on a model of a spatial structure, formed by combining four cubic lattices of metallic conducting rings. Analytical expressions are derived in the quasi-static approximation for the effective complex permeability of the structure. Structures of nonmagnetic (copper, titanium) metals are considered. The frequency dependences of the real and imaginary parts of the permeability are obtained in the centimeter and decimeter wave bands with the skin effect in the metallic conductor taken into account.
