摘要:
The cluster formation and the conductivity enhancement effect that result after thermal treatment of superionic ceramics are studied in terms of percolation theory. The recently proposed correlated percolation is extended to describe the transport phenomena in a random three component system with special attention paid for the next-nearest-neighbor bonds. Monte Carlo simulations on 2D square lattice are performed. Our data suggest that the conductivity Σ follows a power low Σ/Σ0 approximately sα, where s measures the enhanced interface conductance relative to the bulk value, and α is a compositionally defined exponent.
