摘要
It is shown that in the 100-450 K temperature range Bi//2Te//3// minus //xSe//x alloys ( alpha equals 0. 12, 0. 6) obtained from the melt with an excess of tellurium have a higher thermoelectric efficiency coefficient than alloys crystallized from the melt without an excess of tellurium. This is attributed mainly to a reduction of the thermal conductivity of alloys with an excess of tellurium. In addition, better reproducibility of the properties is observed in the case of alloys with an excess of tellurium.
