Dynamics of the beam on the elastic foundation under the action of a travelling force and moment (the S.P. Timoshenko model)

摘要：
The problem on motion of concentrated forces on a beam on elastic foundation is solved on the basis of the Timoshenko beam theory. The motion modes are constructed, three critical values of velocity are established. The obtained solution has been compared with that for the Kirhgoff beam.
