摘要
It is shown that during oxidation of borosilicide coatings on molybdenum at 1780 and 1830 degree C a multilayer structure is formed which consists of the lower boride, the silicoboride and the silicides of molybdenum Mo//5Si//3 and Mo//3Si. The protective life of the coatings at 1780 and 1830 degree C is equal to 40-45 and 30 hr, respectively.
