摘要
Performance of trough-paddle conveyor was evaluated for mixing low volumes of caustic soda solution of varying concentrations (11. 364 N, 7. 813 N and 5. 976 N) with wheat straw. Capacities decreased linearly with rates of application of liquid and increased with the shaft speed. The optimum performance was observed at paddle angle 45 degree , concentration 11. 364 N and shaft speeds 350 rpm or more.
