摘要
Resistors based on plasma polymerized aniline films were fabricated. Gold electrodes, except for one used as control, were sputtered onto ceramic substrates to measure the resistivity of the films. While the film on one resistor remained undoped, the film on another was doped by immersion in a 1 molar HCl solution. The undoped film had a conductivity less than that of the doped film.
