SINGULARITIES IN FORWARD ELASTIC SCATTERING OF ELECTRONS BY ATOMS.

摘要：
In this letter it is shown that the exchange amplitude for forward scattering of an electron by an atom has additional singularities as a function of the electron energy. These singularities are due to the long-range Coulomb interaction. Dispersion relation for the electron scattering is derived.
