Relying on an analysis of the geological structure and detection of numerous oil, gas, and bitumen occurrences, the territory of the Tagil megasynclinorium of the eastern slope of the Urals is considered to be one of the promising oil and gas exploration areas. Priority targets for exploration work are singled out.
