摘要
Basic indicators at mid-July 1994 revealed a positive outlook for increased US oil drilling activity. Two factors raised expectations for a better second-half: continued strong gas demand to keep prices at $2+/MMBtu, and perceptions that world oil supply/demand figures are closer. As a result, a more optimistic forecast for 1994 is presented. Forecast for the rest of North America is presented in detail.
