A study is made of the distributions of the concentrations of the components of PbTe-SnTe solid solutions along the length of ingots grown under conditions of directional crystallization. A comparison is made between the effective and equilibrium coefficients of the tin telluride distribution. It is shwon that in the crystallization regimes employed conditions close to equilibrium are ensured.
