Steel wire mesh conveyor belts are versatile. There are belts which can withstand temperatures from a cryogenic minus 325 degree F to a furnace's 2200 degree F. There are those which resist the corrosive atmospheres of acids, chemicals, salt baths, and contaminants. They carry heavy automobile frame members, and convey almost weightless watch springs, work in the sanitary food plant operations, and through the dirt, grime, and grease of heavy industry.
