摘要：
Problems of objectivity and statistics in sun-weather/climate studies and prediction are considered. Intermediate mechanisms between the sun and weather are surveyed, solar and terrestrial parameters are identified. Specific predictions on sun-weather for the USA relations are made. Recommendations on an active experimental program studies of the role of ozone, theoretical modeling, etc. , are given.
