摘要：
The article discusses a new system that seeks to raise productivity by matching the company's work force wage/quality level with the price/quality of its product. Control is then placed with the worker where feedback is received and acted upon at the earliest, most effective point while management monitors the system. When properly coupled with specific standards for labor and product quality, labor cost control becomes labor quality control. If properly put into practice, substantial improvement in profits can be obtained without capital equipment expenditures.
