摘要:
The dependence of the resistance of a mixture of metals and dielectrics on the time of electrical pulsed heating under high pressure was studied. The conductivity behavior was shown to be strongly dependent on the stoichiometry of the mixture; for this reason, X-ray analysis was used as the best method for reaction time assessment. The dependence of the course of combination reactions on pressure and on the duration and energy of the electric discharge was studied. The duration of combination reactions of elements is of the order of 10-5 sec.
