摘要
The paper examines the effect of a large number of cycles with an amplitude lower than the threshold value of the stress-number (S-N) curves on the strength and failure of welded steel structures due to fatigue cracking. The propagation of these fatigue cracks in loading by a stress spectrum is also studied.
