A queueing system which has a batch arrival process an Erlangian walking-process of the server is studied. The queueing model has following characteristics. When after finishing a service, the server enters into a k-phase Erlangian walking process and the customer enters into a thinking process or departs from the queue or enters into a waiting status for his request. From system balance-equations, generating functions are derived and, an empty-probability, a steady-state condition and other probabilities of the system are obtained.
