摘要
A simple unidirectional finite difference model was presented to analyze very fine wire temperature threaded through a fluidized bed after going through a preheating furnance. The proposed model was verified for validity and precision by measuring the temperature of the wire threaded through a prototype machine. The results verified that the key factors to high precesion were optimizations of thermal emissivity and coefficient of heat transfer.
